Transportation : Contact the seller or the buyer

Transport contractors can now contact the seller or buyer directly from the "transportation" page through Live-MP. If the buyer or seller is a RAC, the Live-PM will be sent to all the cooperative partners.
 

Crop : Miscanthus

Miscanthus is now available in SimAgri, you sow it in April/May, its lifespan is 20 years long. It can be sown everywhere.

Miscanthus can be used to fuel the new boiler : the flexible fuel boiler. As the VBF heating system it can be used to to heat your green houses. Later on it will be fuelled with other fuel types. You can have only one boiler type so, if you already have a VBF one, you have to sell it you want to purchase a flexible fuel boiler.

Miscanthus price is decided by the SAEC every year in october. The initial price is 75 euros.

The new SimAgri Monthly Bulletin is now available :

"For a few days now, miscanthus is available in game thus you can start sowing this week. Once started you can harvest it once a year from the 2nd year until the 20th after sowing. Of course you can put your plot to fallow whenever you want to.

As mentionned before, this week we will work on improving Regional Agricultural Cooperatives (RACs). In a few weeks from now, it will be possible to open a self service shop to sell seeds, fertilisers, equipment etc..."

Machines ranges update

Several machines are not available as brand new ones anymore :

- Lucas.G : 3 machines are not built anymore

- Mc Cormick : 6 machines are not built anymore

- Valtra : 1 machine is not built anymore

- Vicon : 6 machines are not built anymore

- Sulky-Burel : 5 machines are not built anymore

These machines have be replaced by new models during the last SimAgri Show.

After a few days, we just started our new chat. Our "senior" players will recognise an old "Flash" chat we tested before.

22th Annual Show

The 22th Annual Show is taking place from 1st until the 7th of march 24. The 34 equipments will be displayed during the week. You can guess what they are with the silhouettes.

 

Crops : Alfalfa

Alfalfa is now available in SimAgri. You can sow it in March/April and can be left up to 5 years, you can harvest 3 times a year. You can produce either hay or silaged alfalfa. There is no difference between alfalfa hay and grass hay. Silaged alfalfa will be sold to a dehydration plant to produce alfalfa pellets.

RACS can purchase pellets from dehydration plants in their region and sell them to farmers. Alfalfa pellets can be used in cattle and sheep rations.

Silaged alfalfa price is decided by the SAEC once a year in february. The basis pricing is 75 euros, the pellets pricing will vary with the silaged alfalfa price (50% higher).

The SAEC can also decide through a vote building of a new dehydration plant in the region (cost : 1,000,000 euros).

A new equipment is added into the game : the roll. 3 are available :
- Razol : RWH-TORO
- Amazone : AW 15400
- Quivogne : Cultipacker 400

"First of all , the SimAgi team wishes you a very good year 24. As it has been the case in the past for more than 5 years, you'll find improvements as well as new content throughout the year.
This week, we will be preparing the SimAgri Annual Show, it'll take place in march as usual and you will find new machines. The best cheese makers will be rewarded.
Alfalfa will also be implemented this week. You will be able to sow alfalfa starting from march this year. After the first harvest (silage), Regional Agricultural Cooperatives (RACs) will be given the
option to purchase alfalfa pellets from plants and them sale them to players. If you breed sheep or cattle, you can use the alfalfa pellets in your rations. If you mow alfalfa you can make hay from it and use it too in animal rations..."
